Policies:

At ePMA we hate spam (unsolicited bulk email -- not the canned meat product!) We have strict policies to ensure that our members do not promote our program using spam techniques. We will never sell, rent, or divulge in any way the email addresses of our customers or members. Because we use the services of PayPal for payment processing, we never even see our customer's credit card information.

Customers can expect to get an email from us when they make a purchase, confirming the transaction and explaining how the publication will be delivered -- this is so that they will know how to contact us if for some reason the eBook does not arrive. That message will be followed up by another with the eBook attached.

We are concerned with providing quality publications, and who can be a better judge of that than people who purchase them? So we do send one additional email to customers for each publication they purchase (weeks later), asking them to provide feedback on the quality and usefulness of the product.

Customers will not receive any other messages from us. Affiliate members, on the other hand, may receive periodic announcements or other information to help them maintain a good business relationship with ePMA.
